Today's Daily Dharma: End of the Story
End of the Story
Unless
it is clearly seen that the storyline about me perpetuates fear and
pain, it will automatically keep on going. Discursive thinking is not
separate from what is here, but its release cannot come from
prohibition, or practice, or admonition. As long as I am thinking about
it I am circumnavigating it. I am not really with it, seeing it
unconditionally.
