Dear Friends,

As we approach the summer solstice, we have witnessed the shift from the winter stillness to spring emergence to summer blossoming.

In apocalyptic times, aligning with nature and seasonal shifts offers us wisdom on how to show up amidst change with groundedness, balance, and resilience.

And throughout the seasons, I continue my werk towards healing and liberation in various shapes and forms collaboratively with each of you, synchronously and asynchronously – through online and in-person gatherings, our Learning & Practice Community, and words I've shared.

As I take a moment at the start of summer to rest and tend to my home, both in my body and locally in Atlanta, I invite you to ask yourself what would be nourishing for you:

☀️What brings you connection and joy, in the midst of change, grief, and chaos?
☀️What does your body need?
☀️What does the land you call home need?
☀️What practices offer you grounded resilience through challenging emotions?

If you want to deepen your practice to nourish yourself and your communities, check out my collection of Self-Guided Offerings, where you can practice with me, anytime and anywhere. There is something for each season.

Love,
Lama Rod

"As long as you think that what you are looking for is outside yourself, it will never be enough. What do you need to make it all right? Every label you have of what you think you need is all a statement of who you think you are and that all turns out to be wrong."

- Ram Dass
