As America watched live, our attorneys presented the eloquent and well-reasoned case for marriage equality. Meanwhile, the supporters of Prop. 8 relied on the same assertions, junk science and rhetoric that failed in the district court. Today was a great day for civil rights, but we aren’t done yet.
